Royal Mail, DHL and Citylink deliver an excellent service, 99% of our items arrive next day. The majority of our items are too large for your letterbox - if you're not in when the postman or Courier calls your item will be returned to the sorting office or delivery depot- NOT ALL POSTMEN AND COURIERS LEAVE CARDS! We are happy to resend any lost item (usually after 10 working days) but we ask that you contact your local sorting office first to check it's not been left there - 95% of our missing parcels are left in sorting offices! This is a guaranteed/traceable service that will be either 'next working day' or a 'two working day service' Please note; none of these services deliver on a weekend or Bank Holiday.
